What did you learn from reading your second book?  What do we need to know?  Learning about teaching never stops including  what your daily practice, your professional learning network (PLN) or your professional reading teaches you.  The infographic above maps my learning about teaching reading. I started with Atwell’s work in 1991 and my most recent  book study is Kate Roberts and Chris Lehman’s Falling in Love with Close Reading.

Not everyone read your book!  Convey the big ideas , quotes you want to remember,  teaching strategies,   my AHAs, or questions. Try to comment on at least 2 posts from people who read the books you did not!
